Sorry if this has been asked before, but do we have some kind of insurance against injury?

My understanding (and this is just what ive gathered from various different sites/threads)

The club can claim insurance "if" GB is medically retired, if not they have to continue to treat him and more importantly pay him as per the contract

It looks like we are in a situation where GB has a nice fat juicy contract and realistically as long as he and a doctor says its possible for him to play regardless of the level that playing will be at Wigan's hands are tied
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure

There hands should have been tied so they couldn't have signed him total waste of money in a Salery capped game
