Store orders delayed, but offer continues

Post by josie andrews »

Official Store stockroom at Robin Park Arena closes for ten days.

Decision has been made following following a number of positive Covid-19 tests.

As a result the Club won’t be able to dispatch any online retail orders for ten days.

As a consequence of the confirmed Covid-19 cases at Robin Park Arena, we have had to take the swift but regrettable decision to close our Official Store’s stockroom ten days, meaning that unfortunately we won’t be able to dispatch any online retail orders.

We apologise to all supporters whose orders will be affected by this necessary turn of events, but trust that everyone will understand the severity with which we must respond to any positive cases during this ongoing pandemic.

Please also be aware that the Official Store hotline will be out of commission during the closure, with all order queries best directed to store@wiganwarriors.com for the swiftest possible response.

In spite of the delay in dispatching orders, supporters can still take advantage of our special 14% off promotion for Valentine’s Day, which is valid on all items when code VALENTINES14 is entered at the till, up to and including Sunday 14th February. Orders of £20 or more at store.wiganwarriors.com will also be posted free of charge to UK addresses.

Robin Park Arena will remain closed for the next ten days, meaning that any contractors who were due on site or click and collect customers who were due to collect Official Store orders should contact the department with whom they had made the arrangements for a further update.

All other personal callers to Robin Park Arena are politely discouraged for the remainder of the ongoing lockdown, in line with Government guidelines on non-essential travel.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
