Bevan French is Wigan Warriors-bound

Bevan French is on his way back to Wigan.
The electric No.1 posted a picture to his Instagram story of him at Brisbane airport, captioned 'UK bound'.
French will have to complete a five day quarantine period when he lands back, and return a negative test, before he can link-up with his Warriors teammates.
The 25-year-old was outstanding last season and turned down interest from the NRL to sign a new one-year deal with Wigan.
French was given extra time at home during the off-season to spend time with his family. Last year, ahead of the first lockdown, he returned home to see an ill family member.
Wigan, who face Leigh tonight, take on Wakefield next Thursday and then play in the Challenge Cup the following weekend.
