I was at the hospital for several hours regarding the shoulder operation I’ve had 😊
Did you injure it in a game Josie or was it done punching an cardboard cutout of D Powell? 👍😂. I hope things went well and you are on the mend.
😂 I couldn’t punch my way out of a paper bag at the moment! 😂

Thank you for asking, but it’s going to be a long job! I’ve had it repaired before but I’ve had a few more procedures on it & it’s going to take a good few more months maybe a year or more to recover.

They want to operate on my hand/thumb but told them to keep give me some painkilling jabs until the shoulder is right. Both are to my right arm & I'm right handed!

So every time I hear someone say about a players similar injury “it’s only his thumb” why is taking so long? The specialist told me it could take a year or maybe longer for it to heal!

Your thumb is a very important digit in our anatomy try taping it up so you can’t use it & the shoulder, is the most complicated joint in the body! It has more range than any other joint. 😊

That’s your anatomy lesson of the day 😉😉😂
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Indeed. It's the reason we are typing on the Interweb and not getting chased by Lions.
