I’d take Ratchford off them in a heartbeat

But it does show the star of the market that there are 3 clubs chasing Ryan Brierley!

I hope we’re not one of them

Yep, sadly quite a few established players are getting shopped around regardless of contract length or family commitments, all to fit George under the cap this year :o

An ex-wigan winger may well be available
I'm sure they would ship out the flying pig before Charnley.

if not I'd have him back and play him Centre.
I'd have Charnley back, he is no longer the same attack threat but he's alot better all round.
Nowhere near the standard he was before his rugby union stint.

I doubt its enough to back out of a Williams deal, but senior players are not happy.

They've just announced major losses after asking players to take pay cuts, now they are using money saved on a marque player whilst simultaneously pissing off the rest of the squad who sacrificed a lot of their earnings. My first port of call would to be reimburse my current staff before I took on anyone else on more money.

Id snap your hand off for Charnley back, still one of my favourite players.
£750k losses.

Getting Charnley back would be great. No idea why Wane forced him out.

Apparently because he was more focused on his ego and “celebrity” lifestyle Mike.

Play him a position he only played 3 times about 10 years ago?

Cracking idea

I mean it's what we are doing with the team this year :)
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

George Williams to arrive on Saturday, with Gareth Widdop set for immediate release

George Williams will be in the UK on Saturday, with Gareth Widdop expected to leave for either Canberra or New Zealand Warriors before the end of the season.

That will pave the way for Williams to slot into the Warrington side immediately rather than wait until 2022, according to Sky Sports.

The former Canberra halfback has yet to sign on the dotted line at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, but that is the club at which he is expected to ply his trade for the next few years.

Widdop, meanwhile, has been linked with a move back to Australia with his homesick family already there.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
