Handy guide for ticket holders ahead of Wednesday night’s game

Home and away supporters in attendance for this fixture

Golden Gamble returns, new guidance on how to check your arrival time

We can’t wait for tomorrow night’s big game, with the added spice of having both home and away fans inside the DW Stadium after such a long absence, generating what should be a fantastic derby day atmosphere.

Please read on for all the details you need to know ahead of coming to the game if you’ve secured a ticket for the headline fixture in Round 12 of Betfred Super League 2021…

Arrival Times

These have all now been added to your tickets, so you will be able to look there to find the details of the half hour arrival slot you have been allocated.

Please don’t panic if you get stuck in traffic or are unable to meet that time due to work or family commitments before you set off; we won’t refuse admission to those who miss their window, but please try to meet it if you can, so that we can have a successful and socially distanced spread of fans arriving at the turnstile without any late rush, as we successfully enjoyed for our return v Hull KR.

Visiting Fans

There’s an added edge to the game, with Warrington fans having been offered an official allocation in North Stand blocks NS5 to NS7, providing even more atmosphere than the great noise generated by a pro-Warriors crowd at our last game.

We are aware that some visiting supporters may have secured seats in other parts of the stadium due to tickets being made available on general sale in recent days. We ask both sets of fans to kindly respect each other’s presence if you find yourself in a ‘mixed’ area, as we know that Rugby League fans are famed for doing.

Parking

Seasonal parking pass holders for 2020 can once again use their pass to park in official stadium car parks thanks to an agreement between the Club and the stadium’s new owners, Phoenix 2021 Limited, which remains in place for the rest of the season.

All official stadium car parks are open, so if you held a seasonal pass in 2020, please go straight to your usual car park; if you still have your pass from last season, this will speed up the process of entry.

Cash car parking is once again available on two stadium car parks – priced at £5 per car – in Car Park 1, accessed off Stadium Way (best location for away fans due to the proximity to the North Stand), or Car Park 4, accessed via Frith Street off Saddle Junction.

Where possible, supporters are advised to try and arrive via car or on foot rather than using public transport while the current government guidelines are in place.

Code of Conduct

Please remember that by claiming a ticket for the game under current circumstances and entering the stadium, you are deemed to have agreed to abide by our Code of Conduct, which applies to all games played under current government regulations (currently any fixtures played up to and including Sunday 18th July).

You can find out what will be different about your matchday experience by taking a look at our At A Glance Guide.

Please respect any requests from the stewards, who have numerous new rules and/or guidelines to remember at this time. They will once again be taking a pragmatic and common sense approach to stewarding and will be keen to avoid approaching supporters wherever possible (in keeping with social distancing regulations), so please enjoy the game safely and sensibly to ensure we have the most successful return to the DW Stadium as possible.

Store

Our temporary Robin Park Arena store will be open from 10am to 8pm tomorrow. A one-way system and obligatory use of face masks (except for those who are exempt) will be in operation.

Programme

A limited edition run of tomorrow night’s matchday programme will be exclusively available from the Robin Park Arena store and sellers outside the ground, priced at £3.50. Please note that the programme will not be available inside the stadium. The remaining copies of our Hull KR edition – featuring a special tribute to supporters we have lost during the pandemic – are available exclusively from the Robin Park Arena store.

Half-Time Draw

Unusually, you have two draws to try and win tomorrow as we give away plenty of cash! The Golden Gamble returns and sellers will be found next to our programme stalls and in hospitality lounges, with tickets for our 50/50 Virtual Half-Time Draw also available via this link until 7:15pm tomorrow night.

The winners of both draws will be confirmed at half-time and will be broadcast via the stadium PA system and our social media channels.

We can’t wait to see you all back here at the DW Stadium on Wednesday night!

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
