Isn't he between jobs soon because of how poor he has been.

Hi Everyone,
So contraversial as this sounds how about the management, i.e. IL & KR actually support the manager Adriam Lam, give him the backing to sign the players Wigan need, get shut of the players who are here for a free ride and build a team that reflect the amazing player Lam was.

Lam does have a say in signings, just not the final verdict. Jarud Sammut was picked by Lam but never played by him…

He’s had 3 years now and although we had the LLS / Grand Final loss last year, this years form, despite the injuries, is not good enough.

Apperently from the fans forum the coach is backed to sign who they want and also allowed to pick the teams without interference.

Because he's not shown any aptitude as a coach? Despite injuries and the squad he has he should have done better. Losses to teams like HKR and the worst attack in the league sealed his fate.

That said IL & KR are not blameless. From the fans forum this years squad is only not costing the full £2.1m cap due to G Burgess wage going off it. The recruitment and squad management is rubbish and IL & KR can't wash their hands of it by just saying all they do is sign on the dotted line. They are not powerless observers.

Next year won't be much better. It seems we will have a half back not as good as Hastings, two aussie forwards, one specialist centre with is Thornely and a championship winger added to the squad. I am not sure that constitutes backing the new coach either.
