To small Jai Field for any Rugby position - even water carrier! Needs to seriously bulk up, which in turn may make him less injury prone. How did he get on in Oz being so small and slight?

He didn't. That's why he's here.

Isn't he meant to be the half who has played wing and FB this season? What happens if he 100% fit next season, plays 30 odd games and rips it up at 6 with Miller/Smith/Gale/Flanagan etc?
If he rips it up as you say he'll be back off to oz.
He already is anyway, he only has a 2 year contract & on Hasting's podcast in April he said it was his intention to do the 2 years and return.

That doesn't mean he is 100% going to return after 2 years but its most likely at present and what we should assume.

Dare say it some would do it and claim benefits for the rest of their lives.

He’s not only got to overcome the actual injury, but associated repercussions with his body but most of all, the mental side of it as well.

It’s easy to criticise in our ivory towers.
Well said that man.

I can see Lammy picking this side

1. Hardaker
2. Bibby
3. Bateman
4. Farrell
5. Marshall
6. Smith
7. Hastings
8. Singleton
9. Powell
10. Havard
11. Smithies
12. KPP
13. Partington
14. Shorrocks
15. Byrne
16. Bullock
17. O'Neill
Depends if he prefers Halsall in the side or Bullock on the bench
Back by demand.

Well, we are stuck with Field whether we like it or not, so we have to hope for the best.

Any fan has the right to air a view. However it is wrong to condemn a player with a few often ill chosen words that would appear to sum up his potential. It has become an unfortunate and easy use of a keyboard.
I am not suggesting that all should be positive and there should be no negative criticism. However there are better ways than have sometimes appeared.
Field has not had the chance to prove himself.
