Season Tickets

Friend of mine wants to buy a season ticket he has no client code and cannot book online its asking for client code surely this day and age with technology there must be a provision saying that if you have no client code click here and a box comes up asking for their details etc.. How many more people have found the same problem and have had to go down to the ticket office and telephone instead.
