Sounds great!

Glad the club are doing these sort of things.

What’s the reason we didn’t do it under Lam? Whose decision is it to run these?

Covid played a lot I think & Matty Peet is all for involving fans & the community.

that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I think Peet gets that the pandemic has caused a,if not a rift then a gap between fans and ayers and he's doing his best to set that right along with the rest of the club its good to see

So am I!
And you call yourselves supporters? Hang your heads in shame 😉
(Sorry for prolonging the off-topic bit of the thread, but....)

I saw Squeeze at Leeds Uni when they were an out-and-out punk band, around 1978, I think. They we're 3rd on the bill after Eddie and the Hot Rods and Manchester All Stars (???)

Thank you, just seen it.

I met Lee for the first time last Monday, he was with Matty Peet & Lockers. Matty shouted me over & introduced me to him then & said “Lee, this is Our Josie!”

When I saw him on Thursday night Lee stopped me & said “Hello Josie!” I was surprised he remembered my name. He commented on the event & said “I spent my whole life at Warrington, & I never experienced anything like this with the fans it’s incredible. I love it.” He spent the night smiling from ear to ear 😊

Earlier before the event started proper, I was chatting with Matty & he introduced me to each of the new guys as they walked past in the same way, “Our Josie.” 😂😂

Mind you I’ve known Matty & his family a long long time 😊

Thursday night: Full gallery

It was a night to remember at Robin Park Arena on Thursday we hosted our ‘under the lights’ fan event.

The evening saw Warriors fans meeting and greeting players, doing some late-night shopping and watching the first team train in an open training session.

Was you there? Take a look at our full gallery below from the night and you might see yourself!

We also want to see your best photos too! Share your memories from the evening with us on Twitter @WiganWarriorsRL using the hashtag #WWRL.
