Very good watch don't know how successful he will be but his thoughts and way he wants to do things are progressive. It's the kind of mindset I think we need and I hope it works out on the field.

Very impressive. You can see how he'd excel in a job interview. Sounds like a good bloke too, best of luck for the coming season to Matt and all the lads.

I said on an earlier thread that I always found the academy and reserves he coached to be entertaining, and I didn’t see anything in the interview to give me any doubts that he won’t succeed as first team coach, very impressive start from Matty

Definitely worth watching.

The key here imo is how much Peet is willing to stand up to the other people in the leadership group and overrule them where required.

He is very young and it's a really hard ask to stamp your authority, especially over his former mentors.

If he can make the group thing work, then it could be an interesting year.
