Cancer Research UK Pin badge

Post by josie andrews »

Wigan Warriors are pleased to launch a charity pin badge in partnership with Cancer Research UK.

£1.50 from every sale will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

Get your charity pin badge in-store at our Robin Park Arena Club store or online HERE.

At the start of the year, Wigan Warriors and Technical Kit Partner Hummel launched a special charity third kit for the 2022 season and the Club’s 150th year – in partnership with Cancer Research UK. Together, the Club and Cancer Research UK created the charity kit to be worn as an alternative kit for several games throughout 2022.

On Sunday, we wore the eye-catching pink kit in our victory over Wakefield Trinity, and we are set to sport the kit again as we take on St Helens at Magic Weekend on Saturday evening. With the charity shirt a huge hit, and now sold out, we are pleased to launch the Cancer Research UK X Wigan Warriors pin badge which is available to buy now. The badge costs £5, with £1.50 from each sale being donated to Cancer Research UK.

To support Cancer Research UK, Wigan Warriors have set up a Just Giving SuperTeam page. SuperTeam pages are a way to collectively see donations for multiple fundraising activities. If you would like to fundraise for Cancer Research UK, you can attach your own Just Giving page to our SuperTeam page. Click HERE and then click the start fundraising button.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
