21-man squad named for Friday’s Betfred Super League game against Toulouse Olympique.

Head Coach Matt Peet has named his squad as the Warriors prepare for Round 24.

Wigan Warriors v Toulouse Olympique, Friday 19th August, 8pm K.O.

Matt Peet has named his 21-player Wigan Warriors squad for Friday’s Betfred Super League game against Toulouse Olympique.

Wigan welcome Toulouse to the DW Stadium on Friday evening in inclusivity day for Round 24 of Betfred Super League.

Team News

Matt Peet has made two changes to his 21-man squad, Mike Cooper drops out after receiving a one-match suspension as Harvie Hill misses out, in their place come John Bateman back from injury and James McDonnell. Iain Thornley, Tommy Leuluai, Sam Powell and Ethan Havard remain sidelined through injury.

Surprised that Smithies/Smith are fully fit (and glad).
I'd have liked to see Hill given a run but understand not risking two losses in a row and Reserves have Saints on Saturday.
