The Warriors welcome Salford this Sunday (3pm K.O.) for Sam Powell’s testimonial game and the final game of pre-season ahead of the 2023 Betfred Super League. We look forward to welcoming you back to Robin Park Arena and the DW Stadium for the first time in 2023 – here’s all the important matchday information you need.

Car Parking

All car parks at the DW Stadium are now cashless and payment is via card only.

The charges remain the same (£5 per car / £10 per minibus / £20 per coach on Car Park 1, and cars £5 on Car Parks 3 and 4). Seasonal passes are not valid for this fixture.

Fan Village

Sunday sees the return of our matchday Fan Village at Robin Park Arena! The Fan Village will open its doors once again from 11am.

Get down early and cheer on the lads as from 11:30am you can see our Academy side in action – free of charge – as they take on Salford Red Devils Academy at Robin Park Arena.

Our on-site bars will be open, as you can take in the new sights of the fan village, including our height chart and message board. Stick around before the game as the squad will get changed at Robin Park Arena before doing an appreciation walk through the fan village and across to the DW Stadium to warm-up. The walk through will take place at approximately 2:25pm.

Please note that bars and vendors at our fan village operate on a card only basis.

Club Store

Before heading into the Fan Village, why not visit our Club Store? Open from 11am, you can pick up some 2023 Wigan Warriors merchandise as well as Sam Powell’s testimonial shirt and programmes which will be on sale on the day.

Our brand new 2023 Charity alternate kit will also be on-sale in store after being released on Friday night. See it HERE.

Our Club Store at Robin Park Arena is open until kick off at 3pm. The Store will reopen immediately after full time for approximately half an hour.

Tickets

Tickets for the game are still on sale and available to buy up until kick off at 3pm. Buy online by clicking HERE, call the DW Stadium Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or visit in-person.

Please note the DW Stadium is now a cashless stadium and card payments only will be received. Pay on the gate is available; tickets must be bought in advance to gain entry to the stadium. All food and drink inside the concourses are card only.

Tickets available are for the West Stand only and are unreserved. The turnstiles will open at 1:30pm.

Ticket prices

Ticket prices are as follows:

Adults – £20
Concessions – £15
Children (Under-18s) – £10
Children (Under-8s) – FREE

Golden Gamble and Matchday Programme

The DW Stadium is a cashless stadium, however don’t forget to bring some change for your Golden Gamble ticket (£1) and Matchday Programme (£3).

Golden Gamble ticket sellers will be selling tickets around the stadium and also inside the concourses and in hospitality. There will be sellers on the South Stand, East Stand, West Stand and on the bridge in the South East corner. Tickets are only £1 each and if your number is drawn out at half time you could win some fantastic prizes!

There will also be programme sellers for Sam Powell’s exclusive testimonial programme.

Important notice

Due to the installation of a new LED perimeter advertising system along the North, South and East Stands, the areas between the seating and barriers are now sterile areas. Supporters are not permitted to stand there before, during or after the match. The Fan Village at Robin Park Arena will be open after the game, and all Wigan players will make their way over there if you would like to get any pictures or autographs with them. We thank you all for your cooperation.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
