i think it's safe to say no one was ever sure that he was staying. same with radz. who would have said radz would have stayed? great chance to end your career on higher money, easier sport in some respects, not as much harm on your body. but he stayed. i don't think anyone was certain farrell would stay, i deffinately wasn't anyway.

coaches come and go ,and if nobbys goes i doubt it and pray to god he dosnt ,we will get another coach and we will all back him as we do who ever is in charge ,my god some of us backed millward

Nobby wouldn't leave us he is on alot of money and obviously is loyal to us he has done us so good i meen this time last season we were almost getting relegated now look at us what is doing my head is every time we lose a match people go get nobby out but that is unfair because he has done wigan proud and leeds wont be able to top what we are paying him.Cruncher posted:

If Leeds can match that, or better it, then we might lose him. I'd be pretty disappointed if this happened, but given the constant rumours about how difficult the Wigan management are to work with, it wouldn't surprise me at all.
but if he does go we will know were his loyalties lied wont we? but i wouldnt go round saying he should go STAY NOBBY STAY
