LMS and Eastmond

LMS and Eastmond

Post by nathan_rugby »

Heard strong rumour today that we are in advanced talks with both LMS and Kyle Eastmond.

Got this from the same guy who told me about Burgess, Hughes and Patrick so seems pretty reliable.

I can't really see where Eastmond fits in. We are covered in the halves and at fullback, and he isn't exactly established at centre nor the Wigan mould of player/size/attitude.

LMS, I just cannot work this one out at all.

Could this be linked to Leneghans London initiative somehow?

I am in the same boat as you. What a nightmare that would be!

Sorry for disagreeing but I hope we sign both. Eastmond would imo, be shoe in at centre and as much as LMS is an irksome git for Sts, I'd rather be was doing it for us.

No, no, no, no, no, no!!! Please not LMS (loud mouth sh**house) that he is! What a Mary Ellen!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Wouldn't mind either.
Eastmond is a natural fit to centre if Sarginson is leaving. Perhaps Sargy will depart at the same time Eastmond arrives.

As for LMS, not bothered about signing him but just don't see where he'd fit. Not a good prop but can be useful in the back row where we have quality in abundance.

Perhaps we're thinking about LMS as the team is short of a moaner, groaner and general complainer. The whole team is far too quiet. If LMS had been playing for us last Friday, seeing Bateman head butted he'd have been in Silverwood's face and made him consult the VR. Instead they all walked quietly away and Leeds got the penalty.
We also need a prop who won't think twice about giving someone a smack. Perhaps the sort of prop who doesn't even have to think about it as he does it instinctively.
Liam Watts my nomination. Rough, tough and daft as a brush!

Can't stand LMS. Whiner of the highest order.

I cannot stand LMS!!! but as a player he does do a job for stains like.

Eastmond waste of time if you ask me we just don't need him unless he can play as a speedy replacement hooker

I can't see either of these happening but I have been wrong before
