Sarge in the sights

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

Not to mention every one of those off contract centres will be a better player than him.

League Express saying he was on 440k in Aussie dollars or £250k in real money. Seems Murdoch in one guise or another is paying ludicrous salaries in Rugby League as well as football.
Lets hope we cannot afford him but I am at a loss how Hull KR could possibly be able to offer anything like he is probably looking for.

Who are they?
And what salary would they want, could Wigan afford them under the salary cap?

What has that got to do with it? Just because Sarge may be cheap as chips is no reason to sign him. Why waste salary cap money on a poor player?

No Dave, we'll ask again, who are they, and could Wigan afford them under the current salary cap.

Told he has no future at Titans - right, so that makes him good enough for Wigan does it!

Dan Sarginson has left @GCTitans for @WiganWarriorsRL - never really adapted to the NRL... 5 games, 0 tries.

If you want to repeatedly ask silly questions that is up to you. This is just another variations on that boring old theme of asking fans to do the clubs job. It's just the same as asking who is available to replace Wane when someone posts he should be sacked. No one knows who is available but they are suggesting the club go and look for someone. It's the same here. It was stated there were centres off-contract who played in the world cup. Assuming that to be the case the club should look at them whoever they are before they look at re-signing a poor player. I don't think it's a great leap to conclude they will be better than Sarge.

In any case I don't care if there are no players available anymore or who we can afford, it is a complete waste of cap space to sign such a poor player as Sarge.
