Last I heard was that he was playing in the second string competition and not really making waves in the senior set up. Are we setting our hopes on a Josh Woods/ Jake Shorrocks level player or does he genuinely have something to offer?
According to the scary men over at the other forum seem to think young Lam is a player beyond belief and would walk into any team..quite what they base it all on im not sure.
Any player that good would not be coming here even with his Dad as coach.

Which a a weird thing to do anyway as you’d always be viewed with the suspicion you were being picked because of who you were or you yourself would be wondering if you got dropped for the same reason.

Why anyone would put themselves in that position I don’t know.

I suppose one reason is no job anywhere else due to not being that good!

I dunno. There's a fair few players you can think of, both in England and Australia (and, indeed, Wigan), who have played under the shadow of famous Dads. Some have outshone their Dads, some haven't. It can't be easy.

Watching the halfbacks in the Roosters' game this morning, Lachlan isn't going to get many games unless injury strikes. It's not difficult to imagine that he'll end up here as a replacement for Jackson but I'm sure we'd all prefer to keep the latter.
