Are we being linked with a prop to replace burgess must have alot left on salary cap with his wages taken off.

There's a lot of speculation and rumours linking many players. Luke Thompson seems to be recent and most talked about. Myself think be a prop from lower division although would not be suprised if Thompson signed. But may have to much baggage holding things against that happening.

Might just be a cheap extra body for the season until we can replace Burgess with somebody worthy, It could mean we get an extra centre as well, Surely that's better than saving the money all season

Makes sense from a personal finance point of view, but why wouldn't we want to strengthen the team?

I’d sooner have a young and hungry recruit. But being a PNG player I would imagine Lammy would know all about him

JonH on rlfans is saying that he was unable to play in the NRL due to him holding a high up position in his wealthy families business, Don't know how true that is but would explain why he has stayed in the lower leagues
