He needs to visit Lee Blundell. If his rugby performances are anything like his boxing he will be lucky to get a gig at an amateur club.

Although the club will have been in contact with Bevan French we've not heard anything. It is now just over three weeks to the pre season friendly and it would seem that Bevan will miss the start of the season. Whether he returns or not will depend on his personal circumstances which we understand.
Perhaps the rumoured signing could be to replace Bevan be it temporarily or on a more semi permanent basis.

Would not surprise me if Bevan French does not come back and its probably a replacement for him .

Quote:
They have put no timescale on French's return, and have not been informed by the player he is potentially seeking a release to remain in Australia. French has been in constant dialogue with the Warriors' coaching staff to ensure he is as up-to-date with pre-season training possible, with French working on his own personalised programme Down Under.

Herbie Farnworth maybe an option?

Sorry folks, the piece about Farnworth was right at the bottom of the page

"Herbie Farnworth to union?

That's what reports in Australia are claiming.

According to The Mole, English rugby union scouts have been keeping tabs on the talented 22-year-old, who is currently at NRL club Brisbane Broncos.

Redcliffe Dolphins are also interested but offers from union could prove too good to turn down.

Farnworth, who was born in England, debuted for Brisbane in 2019, with the centre scoring nine tries in 41 appearances for the club since.

He has yet to make his international debut but is expected to push for a place in Shaun Wane's side at the end of the season for the World Cup."

Is he Federation trained? If not, we can’t add him to our squad.
