I guess if a non fed player has to leave to make way for a non fed Centre then it's a no go?

Not impossible but would involve a pay off of some sort, and that might have cap implications?

There is a salary cap but I'm not sure how it works or how its policed in regards to breaches, Fev are 100% over it though I know that for a fact.

I thought the Championship salary cap was the same as SL.
