I'm sure that Huddersfield would not want King on the huge contract he's rumoured to be on. Unless he's prepared to accept less I think wire could be stuck with him. I quite like the idea of him being at Huddersfield but wire having to pay some of his wages so I hope that Huddersfield play hard ball and don't do them any favours. Although I'm sure that Wardle is most likely to sign for wire permanently he could be available if Huddersfield (who really missed Luetele yesterday) don't want him back and wire can't get rid of King. Our problem is that we still need a top class centre and can't afford to wait to see what Wardle decides to do. It seems more and more likely that we'll be looking at Gilly if he does want to return home.

Whilst I agree that Huddersfield will not pick up King on his contract as previously mentioned, I would say it's extremely likely that we sign Gildart so the question will be do we sign two centres or keep KPP as one for 2023.

Don't you know? Warrington is the best place for young players to develop! Plenty of first team rugby for youngsters!

Gildart played in the NSW Cup on the 2nd whilst the West Tigers played their game on the 3rd & Williams pulled out with an ankle injury says Powell.

One question re: centres is the academy. What is the overall thoughts around our young outside backs?
