Make a new rule along the lines of only 50% of home grown players salaries count against the cap.
  • Keeps more young players in Super League rather than NRL
  • Makes it harder for clubs like Warrington to raid other clubs youngsters
  • Encourages clubs to strengthen their youth development systems
  • Frees up more cap space for quality overseas players rather than journeymen
“Usually the fans that abuse players like Sam have never done anything of any note themselves. They’re nobodies, whose greatest claim to fame is abusing someone who has, and these so-called ‘Eddie the Experts’ pretend to their mates that they have."

A must for me, we cannot keep loosing good juniors.
We’d have lost havard if he didn’t pick up a few bad injury’s at the time of interest. I reckon we still might
Don’t worry guys we’ll keep the salary cap were teams like Wakefield can continue to drain the funding spending under cap making a profit and coasting
With the first gradings coming out in the coming months Wakefield will find themselves in a position where if they don’t win up big time they’ll be replaced by a one of a few champ clubs
