Didn't know that. Good news then always thought that was the worst swamp land with sewage plant and gant overspill dw has terrible drainage and that was put on best spot at the time. After site drilling.
I don’t disagree with you. Perhaps modern techniques can get round the problem.

That's what I was told, Β£30m plan for the place with a contingency plan of playing at Bolton for a short period if Latics go bust
No chance of playing at Boltom.
