Here is an offer of a trip to perpignan I received by email.

Hi.
I am a tour operator offering a 2 night package to Wigan supporters for the game in Perpignan.
I also work closely with David Foti at Catalans Sports Tours, and he provides all my coach transfers in France.
I have a very limited number of places available on my tour priced at £299 including return flights from Manchester, 2 nights at Ibis city hotel in Perpignan, transfers to stadium and match tickets.

thats not cheap though is it.
unless all you compare it with is the clubs official day trip which as we know is way over the top.

Anyone wanting to go can do it an awful lot cheaper than that.
