Hull FC have accepted the resignation of Paul Cooke and the RFL have agreed to register him as a HKR player immediately.
Seems Morgan was right to leave a slot available in his 20 for this weekends game.
The RFL press release also says:
"Having now dealt with the specific matter of registration, allegations of misconduct against both Paul Cooke and the Hull Kingston Rovers club will be referred to the RFL Compliance Commissioner."

Quite a strange situation how can he be registered with the league if he has never signed his contract and how do you keep this in check re the cap ?? this as some way to run before we learn the truth, if we ever do.
