He came over to play for Catalans at 19, so why do you think he would wait till his 30's before he made the move.

He already admitted that he loved playing over here and that he would return, so do not be so dismissive over the prospects of re-signing him in the medium-term

befor he left i was speaking with him and he said he had already agreed this contract but would return.

what im saying is all top aussies do it they come oc=ver when they are older.......

he has got in the canberra side and is doing well i cant see him comiong over any easrlier than in his late twenty 27 onwards.......

The answer is simple, he wants to play international and origin football, both of which he will not accomplish if he returns over here, hence the reason most aussie "stars" come over here when they retire from the international scene or realise they wont make it.

I think the only way you see him return before the 30ish bracket is if he doesn't seem to have a chance of playing for oz
