A bit surprising but good capture for KR.

This is whats most frustrating about Wigan, i know we dont know the full details but i think Drinkwater would be above Sammut in most peoples books, both were obviously available and both can't of come with a massive price tag as Hull KR aren't rolling in it
so why did we not go for Drinkwater?

Didn't he overprice himself and now it's backfired with him only going to Hull

I thought Drinkwater was asking for quite a bit? Maybe he was asking for too much at the tim Sammut became available? I heard he had priced himself out of a couple of other opportunities before Hull KR. Also KR have had about 15 players leave and only 6 or 7 come in, so they would have had some cap to spend I think.

I’d heard Wigan & Leeds were interested but he wanted too much!
