Brett Ferres (Leeds) - Grade B use of knees - 2 Match Penalty Notice
Joe Greenwood (Wigan) - Grade A Intentionally stands on ankle - 1 Match Penalty Notice
The following players have received cautions:
Jimmy Keinhorst (Hull KR) - Dangerous Contact - Caution
Jordan Rankin (Castleford) - Dangerous Contact - Caution
