Widdop suffers new injury setback

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

3rd time in 8 months dislocating the same shoulder.

Either he has been rushed back and been ill advised or the injury is going to keep repeating itself.

Dodged a bullet.

To dodge said bullet Wigan would have had to have been In the firing line to begin with..

We’d have all been purring if he’s signed let’s be honest,as for the injury it does seem he’s not getting the correct treatment for it or is and has been rushed back as Nathan says.

Fine player I hope he gets it sorted correctly

Bit like Lee Mossop with his shoulders & he’s finally got them sorted I’m glad to see 😊

Widdop has hardly been a 'sick-note' throughout his career, but the same injury three times in a short timescale suggests either that the shoulder is seriously damaged, or that he's been rushed back.
