Let’s be fair the chairman like the “fame” of owning a club just don’t like paying the going rate for players,the cap is beginning to have issues now in regards to wages etc
That said if they doubled the cap tomorrow I doubt Wigan would spend anywhere near it to be honest
Agreed. The chairmen, IL included, are hoping a new TV deal will come to their rescue so they can put the cap up and pay the wages.
