The last five years have been pretty dire to be honest.
I enjoyed our rugby from 2010 til 2013-14, gone down hill gradually for me since then.
When was the last time you genuinely couldn't wait for a Rugby League game?

The game at the moment, although not exactly scintillating, is a million miles away from the wilderness years of late 70's and early to mid 80's.
It's missing star quality and as ever, lacks money and marketing but for me, I still have a sense of expectation around game time and am looking forward to HKR v Hull and the Smellys v the Wolfs on Sky.
Our game against Salford, I reckon, has a chance of being a classic. Just hope they don't water the pitch too much.

The last couple of weeks the game has woken from its slumber,it’s still not perfect but yes it’s better than it was at say the magic weekend.
