WARRINGTON Wolves must take the field again just five days after next Saturday’s Challenge Cup Final.
Their trip to Salford Red Devils has been selected for television coverage by Sky Sports, meaning the game will now be played on Thursday, August 29, kick off 7.45pm.
The game was originally scheduled to be played on Sunday, September 1.
For the second year in a row, The Wire will face a Thursday night game following a trip to Wembley – their game with Hull FC came just five days after the defeat to Catalans.
