Perhaps though more worrying was the crowd..well under 6,000 that has to be a worry going forward.

Powell was happy to give SKY an after match interview this week.
It must just have slipped his mind that he didn't last week.
I don't think that Cas team will beat either Wigan or Salford next week. Interesting to see what he does then.

Wire were poor last night and Cas not a lot better, yet its a bit early to deride them, they have won silverware this season, we have not, yet.

Very true,I don’t think it helped the wire cause that sky endlessly talked up their chances I thought they were good but not GF winners by a long shot

Whilst on my way to Barrow earlier I passed my Wire loving mate at the West County Hotel, I gave him a wave and a jolly smile to which he gave me the bird and drove past, I had a big cheesy grin on us face all the way to Duddon Bridge (7 mile) after that :lol:
