Seemed funny that in a match between Tonga and GB we finished up with a British referee. Surely we could have found an Aussie or Kiwi ref, not because I think they are generally better, they've gone backwards in my personal opinion since they went to 2 on the field, but just to show that we play the game in other countries, I am prepared to put serious money on the fact that there won't be an English ref in the Rugby Union World Cup final on Saturday.
Despite all the hype around the ra ra game this last 6 weeks has only gone to prove that really there are only 6 teams playing World wide who could legitimately be called top tier.
