Edwards hints he may coach in RL one day
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

As he's working for French Union perhaps he's looking at coaching for Catalans when they get rid of McNamara.

He has a home over there, near Toulouse I think, where he used to go regularly before being given a job over there.Wiganer Ted wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 9:40 pm As he's working for French Union perhaps he's looking at coaching for Catalans when they get rid of McNamara.

I watched the Micky and Woody Show (ep 10) on YouTube. It's Micky Higham and Paul Wood interviewing Edwards. It's an hour long and covers a range of subjects from Edwards signing for Wigan all those years ago to his current 4 year contract with the FFR and his ambitions after that.
Edwards has been meeting up with a few of the ex Wigan boys over in France, MM, Tomkins'.
Well worth a watch if you've got an hour to burn and he does explain why he never ended up coaching Wigan.

As long as it’s not at Wigan I don’t care. He’s burnt his bridges at Wigan for me

Personally, I have a lot of confidence in Adrian Lam! I think he has done a great job under certain testing circumstances (for a coach of his experience) since his arrival!
Lets hope Edward's is off to Catalans!

I don’t thinks Lams gonna take his forward. Hate to say it I don’t think there’s been a massive improvement since Wane left.CheshireWarrior wrote: ↑Sat Jul 18, 2020 10:41 am Personally, I have a lot of confidence in Adrian Lam!
