Jai Arrow did a similar thing to MM today in the State of Origin match, it will be interesting to see how the NRL deal with it.

Yeah, I spotted that. I didn't watch the post-match stuff, but they didn't make that much of it at the time, but it didn't seem a good look to me. As you say, be interesting to see what happens, if anything.

Interestingly noticed by Saints refusing to go to Catalan they got a 3 week break before the play offs

They should be kicked out of the comp for refusing to complete their fixture IMO. They don't get to unilaterally say they won't play a match.
