Surely Toulouse, once SL is up and running they'll be getting close on 10k a game.
There's only them that could afford to take half SKY money and survive in SL.

Out of those it surely has to be Leigh it Bradford and currently Leigh are streets ahead so hopefully they choose Leigh!
