But what about the availability of playing talent, and would the comp be watered down as a result ?

Unless we get the NRL's investment deal with their playing pool made available to Super League clubs.

The fact we play some teams 3 times and other teams 2 times in the league is bizzare. Does it happen in any other sport ?

Either franchise the league to allow promoted sides the chance to settle and build or just play each team twice.

I’ve always said that the 3 year, at least, franchise system was the best way to go to stop the yo yoing up & down of the promoted clubs.

have asked again but not hearing anything back, I've not got an awful feeling it was Mulhern... although the last I heard was said prop was signing his contract.... I honestly don't know. but where I get my information from is 100% legit. cant get any higher up within the club really. hence how I got pictures of the blue kit and mentioned Hastings announcement about 2 hours before it was announced. & Bateman... I'm not naming names but you all know who the top dogs at the club are....
