Exclusive: the Fijian will be leaving the Rhinos to take up an opportunity at another Super League side
Leeds Rhinos prop King Vuniyayawa is heading to Salford Red Devils next season.
The Fijian prop's one-year contract with the Rhinos expires at the end of this season, and while he has agreed to remain in Super League in 2022, Rugby League Live understands it will not be with Leeds.
Instead, Vuniyayawa will move to the AJ Bell Stadium and become the latest new recruit for a Salford side who are preparing for a major rebuild under Richard Marshall this off-season.
Vuniyayawa has agreed a deal in principle with the Red Devils and will join the likes of Ryan Brierley, Matty Russell and Amir Bourouh in signing for Salford for the 2022 campaign.
