How could we have loaned Hankinson to London if they had to take on his whole cap value? Their cap is way lower isn't it? Surely that would block the vast majority of lower league loan deals. Is that really how it works?

I have no idea how they did it. They do have a marquee rule for the lower leagues but it seems pointless as a non club trained player still counts up to £150k on the cap and I am sure he wasn't on that.

would break them as thats what Koukash did and got pinged by the RFL
