Tony Clubb

Post by Fizz Bomb »

According to the Leigh Centurians web site Tony Clubb has been appointed Adrian Lam’s assistant coach. I would like to wish him all the best on his new career, and hope they get Leigh playing better than Wigan did in the second half of last season.

Sorry but l don’t know how to post a link

There’s a link for you.😊

Wish them both the very best of luck 😊🍀
I would like Leigh to get back into SL they have much, much better facilities than a couple of Yorkshire teams I could mention.

And never mind the Yorkshire Post’s report about keeping the “Traditional RL Grounds”! Anything so as those two clubs can get away with disgusting facilities!

Went to the England Knights v Jamaica game a few weeks ago. The facilities & seating area are disgusting in the so called “corporate” stand where we were sat!

Good luck to Clubby - I hope they understand his accent in Leigh :D

Cas are due a re-furb now the new stadium proposals have been ditched. And Wakey only have a year or so left in SL, as we cut to 10 teams. Then again, you may have to go to Odsal in a couple of years' time

I wonder if Clubby is still going to coach at Rose Bridge? I wish him the best in either/both roles.

Wigan’s influence is getting stronger in Leigh.

As the Batley fans song went, "You're only a bus stop in Wigan"!
