Liam Hood (Wakefield) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
Patrick Mago (Wigan) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
Nathan Mason (Huddersfield) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
The following players were handed cautions:

Very strange, it was reported that the Bradford and Leeds players had a punch-up but no referrals to the Disciplinary Committee!
