6 again
Confused as to when is it 6 again or when is it a penalty at the play the ball ? After watching RL for 40 yrs I really don’t know the rule ?? Or maybe my heads going

My understanding and I have no clue if I’m right that 6 again is for gamesmanship infringement like slowing the play of the ball - hands in at the ruck put penalty is when a rule has been broken like an illegal strip or high shot
