England rugby league World Cup squad announced as Shaun Wane looks to NRL

Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

Just been on the site looking at tickets. 150 quid for the good seats for the Final? They're having a giraffe!

And again, only one damned game at the ground of the biggest rugby league club in the country, but plenty in Newcastle, Doncaster, London...

Doesn’t make sense does it,let’s not forget there was no game at the DW either till Covid slammed itself into the comp.

As ticket prices for the final that is a tad pricey unless of course you want the crappy seats.

To add to the confusion I was talking to a member of the squad over the weekend and he told me that one of the Wigan lads who didn’t make the final cut will be playing in Fridays friendly against Fiji.

He didn’t name names but if true it is beyond baffling.

Why name a 24 man squad and then use players who haven’t been picked.

Suppose it depends on what the rules are for adding to the squad.

Injuries in the main squad and not wanting to play his first choice too long I'd imagine.
