NRL and SL finals SPOILER!!

Post by Barney841 »

Have to say both the SL and NRL finals have been disappointing this year.
SL final you felt saints were always in control, never really had to get out of second gear.
The NRL final panthers 18 nil at half time, Eels just can’t handle them.
Very one sided finals this year, just hope the Eels can make something of this NRL final in the second half, they just have no answer ro Penrith at the moment

As a nuetral you'd hope for a more competitive game but Penrith are near perfect, again.

If the Club challenge goes ahead next year, Sts will do well to get within 20 points of Penrith.

That’s it jobo.
As a neutral you just want a close intense game. SL final didn’t have it, the NRL final Penrith are intense and the eels just can’t handle it. Closeness hasn’t come into for the two finals

'Only' 20 points would be a great result for Saints, frankly. And better than many NRL sides have managed against them.
