Re: Wane ball
Oddly enough I was wondering aloud to my wife about "waneball"
Re: Wane ball
It never existed in the way people moaned about it.
People who complained about it in my opinion just used it as an excuse to not turn up.
Waneball was apperently boring then in the next sentence how entertaining it was to watch Budgie/Mandrefi/Charnley/Bowen/Tomkins etc.

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Wane ball
I completely agree it was also used by people with an agenda to disparage Sean Wane .

Re: Wane ball
When Wane has the best English talent to work with, then we see flowing rugby.
Same with his early time at Wigan when he had talent from around the world. The later years, not so much.

Re: Wane ball
However people want to categorise it, we won trophies. Saints are boring but they keep winning SL and I don’t hear their fans moaning.
