Super League's 2024 loop and Magic Weekend fixtures confirmed including extra Hull derby game

The Super League loop & Magic fixtures for 2024

Using the same formula as in recent seasons, Super League's 2024 loop fixtures have been finalised following the conclusion of another season. As has been the case for the last two years, 27 rounds are set to be played next term, with four loop fixtures added to the Magic Weekend round.

The formula is straight-forward. All the even-placed sides from the 2023 Super League table play each other for a third time, with the same going for the odd-placed sides. For instance, Wigan Warriors, as league leaders, play their loop fixtures against the sides that finished 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th. They will play the 3rd placed team, St Helens, at the Magic Weekend.

Meanwhile, Hull FC, as the 10th place side, play their loop fixtures against those who finished in 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th positions, meaning an extra derby against Hull KR. They will also face the promoted side, London Broncos, at Magic Weekend. Based on the formulas for this year, Hull will play the 4th and 8th placed teams at home (Hull KR and Leeds) and the 2nd and 6th placed teams away (Catalans and Warrington)

Hull KR, who finished 4th, will play the 2nd placed side (Catalans) at Magic, with home loop fixtures coming against the 8th and 12th placed sides (Leeds and London) and away loop fixtures against the 6th and 10th placed sides (Warrington and Hull FC). Here are the loop and Magic Weekend fixtures for every Super League club.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
