i have a little in side info on this they are waiting for the landlords to get permission to beable to be some industrial units close to the ground ,green belt and planning permision are holding it up ,but very close to a resolve

The Stadium is going ahead. The hold up has been St Helens Rugby. As usual it has been down to money. They had cleverly got the council to contribute,they had cleverly got the private sector to contribute,however when asked to contribute themseves they were found to be broke. There was no equity left in the ground they had morgauged it to the hilt.
