Danny Tickle's Sister

Does anybody know if Danny Tickle has a twin sister. I was in Wigan Infirmary for a short while recently (I'm fine now, thanks for asking)and the Ward Sister was the spitting image of him........better looking, obviously, with all due respect to Danny himself.....

Dannys grand dad was the steward of the club i went in every week,i never heard him talk of Danny having a twin,Dannys dad drowned in Spain i think it was about the time Danny signed for Wigan.
